I would like to take this opportunity to thank each member of the association that attended last weekend’s 64th Annual Convention. We had over 360 registered and this number continues to grow. The Southwest Virginia Firefighters Association is an organization comprising of Fire Departments and their members from across Southwest Virginia. The Association is dedicated to the advancement of the Fire Service and its membership by providing leadership, education, information networking at the local and state levels, and producing an annual conference. |

The purpose of the Southwest Virginia Firefighters Association is to represent all firefighters, career and volunteer, throughout Southwest Virginia. The association sees that we are represented on both the state and federal levels, through our lobbyist and state representatives. |
