DESCRIPTION:Taking Care of Our Own    \n        Sign up for Taking Care of Our Own. VDFP is partnering with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation to host this course in southwest VA. This day long training program will help prepare fire service personnel for the event of a line-of-duty death or serious injury. The course will cover pre incident planning\, survivor notification\, family and coworker support\, and benefits and resources available for survivors.
